Work Location: <h2>What You'll Do</h2> As a Caregiver, you'll provide individualized in-home support that helps clients maintain their independence while receiving the care they deserve. Your responsibilities will include: <ul><li>Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other personal care needs</li><li>Helping clients safely transfer and move throughout their home</li><li>Providing medication reminders</li><li>Preparing meals and assisting with light cooking</li><li>Performing light housekeeping and laundry</li><li>Offering companionship and emotional support</li><li>Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment</li><li>Monitoring client well-being and reporting changes to the care team</li></ul><h2> </h2><h2>Qualifications</h2> <ul><li>Previous caregiving, home care, or personal care experience is preferred but not required.</li><li>Compassionate, patient, dependable, and professional.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license if transportation duties are required.</li><li>Ability to pass required background checks and meet employment requirements.</li></ul><h2> </h2><h2>Flexible Scheduling</h2> We understand that work-life balance matters.
