Compensation

• $150 guaranteed weekend on-call stipend simply for being available and on call.
• If called in to work, earn $19.50-$22.00 per hour for all hours worked during the on-call period.
• Hourly pay is in addition to the $150 stipend.

On-Call Schedule

Friday at 4:00 PM through Monday at 9:00 AM

You will be available by phone throughout the weekend to respond to emergency caregiver coverage needs.

Responsibilities

• Remain available and responsive by phone throughout the on-call period.
• Respond promptly to emergency coverage requests.
• Provide safe, compassionate, and dependable care to our clients.
• Be willing to work a variety of shifts when coverage is needed.
• Communicate professionally with clients, caregivers, and the office team.
• Follow client care plans, safety procedures, and Nova Leap policies.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to arrive at a client assignment within 1 hour of being called.
• Willingness to work throughout Franklin and Hampshire Counties.
• Reliable attendance, communication, and dependability.
• Previous home care or caregiving experience.
• Appropriate Massachusetts credentials and/or certifications required for the position.
